The College offers the following undergraduate programmes:
Bachelor in Arts (B.A)-Honours and Bachelors of Tourism(B.T.S ) B.A. & B.T.S. Course in Honours will comprise of six semesters of regular study. A semester will be of 6 months duration followed by a University Examination at the end of each semester. After successful completion of the first semester, students are promoted to the second semester and subsequently to the third, fourth, fifth and sixth semester and they need to take admission accordingly.
A student undergoing B.A. Course will have to study two optional subjects along with his/her Honours subject and three compulsory subjects in the course of Six Semesters (Three Years) for a total of 1800 Marks. A Student undergoing B.T.S. Course will have to study two optional subjects along with Tourism Subject and three compulsory subjects in the course of six semesters ( Three Years ) fora total of 1800 marks. A semester is of six months duration. This is followed by a University examination at the end of each semester.
After successful completion of the 1 semester, students take admission to the 2 semester, and subsequently to the 3, 4, 5 and 6 semester. At present, the college is offering Honors course in English, Nepali, Lepcha, Limboo, Bhutia, Political Science, History, Economics, Education, Geography, Physical Education, and Tourism. Besides, there are also compulsory papers like Compulsory English, Environmental Science and Eastern Himalayan Studies.
A new Post Graduate Course (MA) in Political Science is being introduced from this Academic Session 2020-21 as an extension center of Sikkim University.
